Basic Service consists of a monthly inspection of the exterior of your home checking all windows and doors for signs of vandalism or trespassing and removal of publications and wind blown debris that make your home look vacant.

 

Standard Service includes bi-weekly inspections of the exterior and interior of your home checking all windows and doors, for signs of vandalism or trespassing, checking appliances, plumbing fixtures, utility components, signs of pest infestation, removal of publications and wind blown debris that make your home look vacant.

 

Premium Service includes all Standard Services performed on a weekly basis, plus one free arrival and departure service per year.

 

Additionally, for each of our programs, we’ll check on your home after major weather events (high winds, thunderstorms, snow/ice storms) inspecting for damage or problems. If there is damage, you will be notified immediately with photos you can submit to your insurance provider and we will obtain quotes for you for needed repairs.  

 

We’ll send you a report of exact times of inspections and digital photos of the condition of the property.

Please review the following list of arrival and departure services we provide.  Additionally, there may be custom services you would desire.  We are willing to work with you!

 

Arrival:    $50.00

These services are provided prior to your expected arrival:

  •      Home freshened
  •      Reset heat/ac, water heater, water softener settings
  •      Beds made with fresh linens, towels hung in bathrooms
  •      Clearing sidewalks & decks of debris
  •      Setting out patio furniture (seasonal)

    Departure:   $50.00

       Upon your departure, we'll do the following:

    •       Launder linens & store in the home
    •       Reset thermostats on heat/ac, water heater, etc.
    •       Dispose of expired perishable food & beverages
    •       Lock and secure the home
    •       Dispose of trash.
          Gather items you forgot & forward them to you

     

    Custom Requests  (Call for pricing)

    We assist in arranging for or scheduling services such as
    •       Shop, deliver and stock your fridge, pantry and wine rack per your itemized request.
    •       Monitor service providers
    •       Lawn mowing and landscaping
    •       Automobile service
    •       Boat serviced and placed in/or removed from slip
    •       Pool and spa maintenance
    •       Order and stock firewood
    •       Bird feeders cleaned and filled

     

    Alarm Call-Out:    $30.00 per incident

          We will represent you on security alarm alerts and keep you informed.
    •       Assess the situation
    •       Provide you with pictures of any damage for insurance purposes
    •       Make temporary repairs to secure your home

     

    Transportation Service:

    •       We can arrange transportation to and from the airport.

     

    Sportsmen...     Here is a way for you to have everything ready when you and your buddies arrive, so you can spend      your valuable time on the things that matter most (hunting and/or fishing). Upon departure, leave the clean up to us!
